SUBMISSION NOTES FOR TRAINEE PAPERS

This is an excellent forum for presenting your work in many diverse areas eg original translational research , clinical trials, teaching and training, management, clinical governance.

Abstracts NOT adhering to the following rules WILL NOT be considered!

 

1. The paper should not have been published or presented at a national or international meeting previously.
2. Abstracts must be submitted electronically (see details below).

3. Font MUST be Arial and font size must be 10pt.

4.The entire submission is to be on one side of A4 only
3. Abstracts must be structured in the following manner 1) Introduction 2) Methods 3) Results 4) Conclusion  with a maximum word count of 250 words.
4. The presenting author’s full details including name, work address, e mail address and institution address that the work took place must be given.
5.Authors must state whether they are submitting for consideration as an oral presentation or poster presentation or both.

7. Closing date 16th February , 10pm

 

There will be oral presentations each lasting 6 minutes with 2 minutes for questions. This will be STRICTLY enforced!

Poster presentations will conform to A1 size.


All abstracts accepted for oral presentation will be published in " The Otorhinolaryngologist" journal.
